I started drawing animals over 15 years ago, friends' dogs and local scenes. It has developed into a full time job, involving teaching and drawing dogs, horses, house and local views. I have a extensive gallery that continues to grow. If there seems to be a lull it is because pictures for Christmas are not uploaded until January so that no surprises are spoilt!

I like to meet the subject if possible if not then I'll do the very best I can from the photos that you have and any further information that you can supply. I make a small charge for developing the photos from which I'll base my final portrait on. It normally takes between 4 and 8 weeks for a commission. I can work to a deadline if you give me reasonable warning. I usually take a £25 - 00 deposit.The cost of a portrait or painting depends on the size and the type of subject that you want drawn.
These prices give you a rough idea of portrait prices but if you have a budget to work to give me an opportunity to suggest some possible ideas.Paintings are quoted individually depending on detail and size.
I can send you a copy of the finished picture by email and if you're happy with it then it's yours. You are under no obligation to buy and I will do my best to accommodate any changes.
