'Bluebelle and ellie'

Dear Nina,
My sister Alison and brother Stephen, commissioned a pastel portrait of my Border Collie 'Bluebelle' and my husband's Staffordshire Bull Terrior 'Ellie', as a wedding present for us a couple of months ago. We just wanted to let you know that we absolutely love it. You have not only recreated the distinctive features of their faces and expressions perfectly but you have also managed to capture their own individual characters in the portraits as well. Everyone that sees it is amazed by it. You have even noticed that Bluebelle has a non-pigmented third eyelid on the same side of her face as she has her white smudge and that the other side is black. Your attention to detail is exceptional. I hear you even braved meeting them, I hope Bluebelle didn't cause too much destruction whilst she was there!

This really is the most beautiful wedding present.

Wanda - German Shepherd

I am so pleased with my pic of Wanda. So pleased that I am having to rearrange my various paintings around the room of Old Harry Rocks to give her pride of place. It's a job for the weekend. The likeness is remarkable, it's not just a German Shepherd, it's Wanda!!
